Este JUZGADO PRIMERO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSADA, SAN FRANCISCO, MARA, PÁEZ Y ALMIRANTE PADILLA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, dándole cumplimiento a la presente comisión, en nombre de la REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA FORMALMENTE EMBARGADO PREVENTIVAMENTE, el bien mueble anteriormente identificado, haciendo formal entrega del mismo a la DEPOSITARIA JUDICIAL MARACAIBO C.A. (DEJUMACA), representada en este acto por el ciudadano EDGAR JOSE VAZQUEZ, antes identificado, quien declara recibirlo en este acto en las condiciones arriba descritas.
