Por los fundamentos expuesto este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, CON SEDE EN CABIMAS, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil, el Vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos CARLOS EDUARDO PEÑA Y LAYLA ELAINE DE JESUS ABOUKHEIR ACOSTA, ya identificados, y que estos Contrajeron Matrimonio Civil por ante el Registrador Civil del Municipio Cabimas, Distrito Bolívar del Estado Zulia, en fecha 06 de Noviembre del Año 2008.

Por los fundamentos expuesto este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, CON SEDE EN CABIMAS, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil, el Vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos NORIS GERTRUDIS DIAZ VILLADIEGO y HENDER ALEXANDER LOPEZ MELENDEZ ya identificados, y que estos Contrajeron Matrimonio Civil por ante la ´Parroquia Alonso de Ojeda del Municipio Lagunillas del Estado Zulia, en fecha 06 de Noviembre del Año 2008.

Por los fundamentos expuesto este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, CON SEDE EN CABIMAS, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil, el Vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos CARLOS EDUARDO PEÑA Y LAYLA ELAINE DE JESUS ABOUKHEIR ACOSTA, ya identificados, y que estos Contrajeron Matrimonio Civil por ante el Registrador Civil del Municipio Cabimas, Distrito Bolívar del Estado Zulia, en fecha 06 de Noviembre del Año 2008.

Por las razones dichas este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185-A, del Código Civil el vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: WORMAN ANTONIO CARDOZO ROA y RAUMARY ROCIO PORRAS YSARRA, antes identificados, y que estos contrajeron matrimonio por ante la Primera Autoridad Civil de la Parroquia Libertad en Ciudad Ojeda, Municipio Lagunillas del Estado Zulia, en fecha Veinticuatro (24) de Febrero de Dos Mil Siete (24-02-2007).
