DECISIÓN Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRANSITO Y MARÍTIMO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando Justicia en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA, y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: ● PRIMERO: SE ABSTIENE DE HOMOLOGAR, el desistimiento presentado por la apoderada judicial MARIELA GERALDINE HENRIQUEZ RIVAS, inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el No 251.358, en la causa que por COBRO DE BOLIVARES (INTIMACION), sigue DISTRIBUIDORA GONCALVES Y MORANTES 2009 C.A. representada por su Director Ejecutivo el ciudadano PEDRO RAFAEL MORANTES HIDALGO; en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil FIORELLA MARKET, CA, representada por su Presidente ciudadano OMAR ANDRES BARRIOS ROJAS, suficientemente identificadas. ● SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas de conformidad con el articulo 283 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
