IV DECISIÓN Por los hechos y fundamentos antes expuestos, este TRIBUNAL NOVENO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por autoridad de la Ley, actuando de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 242 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, PRIMERO: Homologa la LIQUIDACIÓN Y PARTICIÓN DE COMUNIDAD CONYUGAL, existente entre los ciudadanos NOEL DE JESUS MONTIEL MORALES y ROSA CRISTINA PEREZ, ambos identificados en la parte narrativa del presente fallo y se ordenan expedir las copias certificadas. SEGUNDO: Se ordena oficiar a la Oficina Subalterna del Primer Circuito de Registro del Distrito Maracaibo Actualmente Municipio Maracaibo.
