Por las razones dichas este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185-A, del Código Civil el vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: NOEMY DEL CARMEN MARTINEZ PEROZO y ANGEL ENRIQUE GARCIA, antes identificados, y que estos contrajeron matrimonio por ante el Registro Civil del Municipio Cabimas del Estado Zulia, en fecha Veintinueve (29) de Mayo de Mil Novecientos Noventa (29-05-1990).

Por las razones dichas este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185-A, del Código Civil el vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: CIRO ANTONIO CARRASQUERO RODRIGUEZ y ESMERANZA DE LAS MERCEDES RODRIGUEZ, antes identificados, y que estos contrajeron matrimonio por ante la Intendencia de la Parroquia German Ríos Linares del Municipio Cabimas del Estado Zulia, en fecha Catorce (14) de Marzo de Mil Novecientos Noventa y Dos (14-03-1992).

DISPOSITIVA En consecuencia, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, en nombre de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185-A, del Código Civil el vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: JOSE LUIS ALVAREZ ACACIO y BELKIS DEL ROSARIO COLINA QUERALES, quienes contrajeron matrimonio por ante la Parroquia Libertad del Municipio Lagunillas del Estado Zulia, en fecha 27 de Noviembre del Año 2004.
