Por las razones dichas este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA Y SIMON BOLIVAR DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185-A, del Código Civil el vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: JOSE ANDRES PEROZO DE ANGEL y CLEUMARI DEL CARMEN BERMUDEZ NAVA, antes identificados, y que estos contrajeron por ante el registro Civil del Municipio Santa Rita del Estado Zulia, en fecha Doce (12) de Agosto de Dos Mil Seis (2006).

En consecuencia este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA Y SIMON BOLIVAR DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA HOMOLOGADO EL DESISTIMIENTO, en la solicitud de SEPARACION DE CUERPOS, solicitadas por los ciudadanos RUBEN SEGUNDO REYES LOPEZ y JOLETYS ASCENSION SEGOVIA VASQUEZ, ya antes identificados, pasando en autoridad de cosa juzgada.

Por tal motivo, buscando la mejor tutela judicial efectiva se remite el presente expediente a la SALA POLITICO ADMINISTRATIVA DEL TRIBUNAL SUPREMO DE JUSTICIA, con sede en Caracas, por razón de "Falta de Jurisdicción", en original con todas sus actuaciones, ordenando dejar copia certificada del mismo para el archivo de este Tribunal.-
