este TRIBUNAL DUODECIMO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA DECLARA suficiente el derecho que tienen los ciudadanos ALEXANDER ENRIQUE SULBARAN BECERRA, AMADO DE JESUS SULBARAN BECERRA, YASMAIRA DEL PILAR SULBARAN BECERRA y YAMILEXY DEL VALLE SULBARAN BECERRA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cedulas de identidad Nros V-12.999.018, V-10.919.854, V-12.440.505 y V-14.416.092 respectivamente, como ÚNICOS Y UNVERSALES HEREDEROS del causante AMADO DE JESUS SULBARAN MARCANO, quien en vida fuera venezolano, mayor de edad, soltero, titular de la cedula de identidad No. V-3.512.200. ASÍ SE DECIDE.-

DEJANDO A SALVO LOS DERECHOS DE TERCEROS conforme lo prevé el artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, este TRIBUNAL DUODECIMO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA DECLARA suficiente el derecho que tienen los ciudadanos MARIA DEL PILAR MONTILLA DE VILCHEZ, JUAN GABRIEL VILCHEZ ORTIZ, NERIO ENRIQUE VILCHEZ MONTILLA y KEYLA DEL PILAR VILCHEZ MONTILLA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de la cedulas de identidad Nros. V-5.837.912, V-12.622.242, V-17.635.068 y V-20.070.567 respectivamente, como ÚNICOS Y UNVERSALES HEREDEROS del causante GABRIEL SEGUNDO VILCHEZ NAVA, quien en vida fuera venezolano, mayor de edad, casado, titular de la cedula de identidad No. No. V-3.778.542, ASÍ SE DECIDE.-

Por las razones que anteceden, este JUZGADO DUODECIMO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley, DECRETA LA SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS de los ciudadanos ONEIDA COROMOTO GARCIA CASTELLANO y CARLOS ANDRES LOPEZ RINCÓN, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges entre sí, titulares de las cédulas de Identidad Nos. V-9.736.589 y V-12.513.603, respectivamente y domiciliados en la ciudad de Maracaibo y Municipio Maracaibo del Estado Zulia.- Regístrese. Publíquese. Déjese copia de esta decisión en el copiador respectivo, conforme el artículo 248 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
