En virtud de lo cual y por las razones antes expuestas, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil, el Vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos MIGUEL CONTRERAS e YRMA JOSEFINA HERNANDEZ DE CONTRERAS, ya identificados, y que estos Contrajeron Matrimonio Civil por ante el Prefecto del Municipio Cabimas del Estado Zulia, en fecha Veintidós (22) de Enero de Mil Novecientos Setenta y Cinco (1975)

En virtud de lo cual y por las razones antes expuestas, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil, el Vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos LEONARDO FAUSTO AMICO RUBINO y ANDREA ELENA PAEZ SUAREZ, ya identificados, y que estos Contrajeron Matrimonio Civil por ante el Alcalde del Municipio Cabimas del Estado Zulia, en fecha Veintiún (21) de Diciembre del Año 2003.
