DISPOSITIVO Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Extinguido el proceso, que por Prestaciones Sociales y otros conceptos laborales, sigue el ciudadano ALIPIO SALAS PAREDES, en contra de la Sociedad Civil CENTRO ALEPO SIRIO VENEZOLANO.

DISPOSITIVO Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: El Desistimiento de la acción que por Prestaciones Sociales, intentó el ciudadano ROMER JOSE DURAN CALDERON en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil PDVSA, PETRÓLEO SA; SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas a la parte demandante según lo establecido en el artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo. TERCERO Notifíquese de la presente dedición al ciudadano Procurador General del la República.
