DISPOSITIVO Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL LABORAL DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, por autoridad de la ley, declara: 1.- PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA incoada por el ciudadano ANGEL ALBERTO FEREIRA en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil TURBOPRE SERVICIOS, C.A. por motivo de DIFERENCIA DE SALARIO Y OTROS BENEFICIOS LABORALES.- 2.- NO HAY CONDENATORIA EN COSTAS, dada la parcialidad del fallo.
