DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: 1) SIN LUGAR LA PRESCRIPCIÓN DE LA ACCIÓN alegada por la parte demandada ALCALDÍA DEL MUNICIPIO MARACAIBO DEL ESTADO ZULIA. 2) CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA intentada por el ciudadano ALBERTO GOMEZ, en contra de la ALCALDIA DEL MUNICIPIO MARACAIBO DEL ESTADO ZULIA, por motivo de cobro de prestaciones sociales y otros conceptos laborales. 3) Se condena a la demandada ALCALDIA DEL MUNICIPIO MARACAIBO DEL ESTADO ZULIA, a cancelarle al ciudadano actor ALBERTO GOMEZ, la cantidad de UN MILLON NOVECIENTOS TREINTA Y TRES MIL NOVECIENTOS SETENTA Y SEIS BOLIVARES CON SESENTA Y SEIS CENTIMOS (Bs. 1.933.976,66), lo que equivale a MIL NOVECIENTOS TREINTA Y TRES BOLIVARES.....
