Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: 1.- La Confesión de las codemandadas, Sociedades Mercantiles MILOCHO COMPAÑÍA ANONIMA (MILOCHO, C.A.), y NETUNO COMPAÑÍA ANONIMA (anteriormente denominada CABLE CORP TV, C.A.). 2.- Con Lugar la demanda por Prestaciones Sociales y Otros Conceptos Laborales, intentada por el ciudadano HECTOR JOSE JIMENEZ ROMERO, en contra de las Sociedades Mercantiles MILOCHO COMPAÑÍA ANONIMA (MILOCHO, C.A.), y NETUNO COMPAÑÍA ANONIMA (anteriormente denominada CABLE CORP TV, C.A.). 3.- En consecuencia, se condena a las Sociedades Mercantiles MILOCHO COMPAÑÍA ANONIMA (MILOCHO, C.A.), y NETUNO COMPAÑÍA ANONIMA (anteriormente denominada CABLE CORP TV, C.A.) a pagar al demandante, ciudadano HECTOR JOSE JIMENEZ ROMERO la cantidad de DIECISIETE MILL.....
