DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: 1.- La Confesión de las codemandadas, Sociedades Mercantiles ADMINISTRADORA DE BIENES Y SERVICIOS LA RITA, C.A., y PANADERIA, PASTELERIA, CHARCUTERIA Y POLLOS EN BRASA NUESTRA SEÑORA DE FATIMA, C.A. 2.- Parcialmente Con Lugar la demanda por Prestaciones Sociales y Otros Conceptos Laborales, intentada por el ciudadano ROY RYAN ROJAS ROO, en contra de las Sociedades Mercantiles ADMINISTRADORA DE BIENES Y SERVICIOS LA RITA, C.A., y PANADERIA, PASTELERIA, CHARCUTERIA Y POLLOS EN BRASA NUESTRA SEÑORA DE FATIMA, C.A. (ambas partes suficientemente identificadas en actas). 3.- En consecuencia, se condena a las Sociedades Mercantiles ADMINISTRADORA DE BIENES Y SERVICIOS LA RITA, C.A., y PANADERIA, PASTELERIA, CHARCUTE.....
