DISPOSITIVO Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, éste TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA FALTA DE CUALIDAD alegada por las Sociedades Mercantiles DATANALISIS, C.A., MUESTRAS Y SONDEOS C.A., y SONDEOS LATINOAMERICANOS 21, C.A. SEGUNDO: SIN LUGAR la demanda que por Prestaciones Sociales y otros conceptos laborales incoaran los ciudadanos EDER GUILLERMO TORRES BENAVIDES, EDWIN JESUS VILLALOBOS TORREALBA, NERIO ENRIQUE BRICEÑO CAMPOS, ARELYS DE JESUS BELEÑO LEGUIA, JUSEF RAFAEL SALAZAR MARCANO y NAILISA COROMOTO DELGADO MARTINEZ, en contra de las Sociedades Mercantiles DATANALISIS, C.A., MUESTRAS Y SONDEOS C.A., y SONDEOS LATINOAMERICANOS 21, C.A., por motivo de prestaciones sociales y otros conceptos laborales, todos plenamente identificados en las actas procesales.
