Por los razonamientos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO NOVENO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE SUSTANCIACIÓN, MEDIACIÓN Y EJECUCIÓN DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la demanda por COBRO DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES Y OTROS CONCEPTOS LABORALES, interpuesta por el ciudadano JOSE LUIS URDANETA en contra de CONSORCIO EL MOLINO 2009, conformado por las Sociedades Mercantiles CONSTRUCCIONES EL MOLINO 2008, C.A. (CONSMOCA 2008), CONSTRUCCIONES E INGENIERIA DEL ZULIA, C.A. (COINZULCA), y CONSTRUC ¿ SERVICIOS LOSSADA, C.A. (CONSERLOSS). SEGUNDO: Se declara procedente el pago por COBRO DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES Y OTROS CONCEPTOS LABORALES al ciudadano JOSE LUIS URDANETA, el cual deberá ser efectuado por el CONSORCIO EL MOLINO 2009, conformado por las Sociedades Mercantiles CONSTRUCCIONES EL MOLINO 2008, C.A. (CONSMOCA 2008), CONSTRUCCIONES E INGENIERIA.....
