DISPOSITIVO Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: SE HOMOLOGA, por lo que se le atribuye el carácter de cosa juzgada al acuerdo transaccional celebrada entre el ciudadano JUAN CARLOS CASTILLO MARQUEZ y la Sociedad Mercantil SERVICIO DE CARGA Y DESCARGA PEDRO MARÍN, C.A., OCCIDENTAL DE ADUANAS, C.A., (OCCIADUANA), MI COCINA, C.A., FTC, C.A., G Y P RECURSOS HUMANOS y a título personal al ciudadano PEDRO JOSE MARÍN PARRA, y como tercero llamado Sociedad Mercantil ESTAR SEGUROS, S.A.; (partes suficientemente identificadas en las actas procesales). SEGUNDO: SE ORDENA el archivo definitivo del expediente, por cuanto consta en actas el pago definitivo al actor.
