DISPOSITIVO Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: El Desistimiento de la acción que por Prestaciones Sociales, intentó el ciudadano GIBSON MARÍN en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil CONSTRUCTORES ELÉCTRICOS E INDUSTRIALES C.A. (C.E.I.C.A.). SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas a la parte demandante según lo establecido en el artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
