Por los fundamentos expuestos este TRIBUNAL DUODÉCIMO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley DECLARA CON LUGAR LA SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO basada en el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil, formulada por los ciudadanos LILI DEL SOCORRO CHARRIS CARVAJAL Y JUAN LUIS MEDINA PIRELA, antes identificados.

Por los fundamentos expuestos este TRIBUNAL DUODÉCIMO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, Administrando Justicia, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley DECLARA CON LUGAR LA SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO basada en el artículo 185 del Código Civil (numerus clausus), formulada por el ciudadanos DANIELA ANDREA CANDIDA DE VILLALOBOS y CARLOS ALBERTO VILLALOBOS DE MORALES, antes identificados.
