DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL LABORAL DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Con lugar la defensa de prescripción opuesta por la demandada Sociedad Mercantil SERENOS NACIONALES ZULIA C.A. (SENAZUCA).- SEGUNDO: Sin lugar la demanda que por Prestaciones Sociales tiene incoada los ciudadanos HECTOR PALENCIA, DANIEL RAMÍREZ y CELIMAR SÁNCHEZ , en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil SERENOS NACIONALES ZULIA C.A. (SENAZUCA). TERCERO: No hay condenatoria en costas de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
