DISPOSITIVO: Por las razones antes expuestas este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Sin lugar la demandada por Diferencia de Prestaciones Sociales que tiene incoada el ciudadano MARIO MANUEL ISEA RAMOS, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil SERVICIOS TÉCNICOS DE INSTRUMENTACIÓN Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERAL, C.A. (SERINELCA) y la ALIANZA INCOSER DE OCCIDENTE. SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
