DISPOSITIVO POR LOS FUNDAMENTOS DE HECHO Y DE DERECHO ANTES MENCIONADOS, ESTE JUZGADO NOVENO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: CON LUGAR, la demanda intentada por MERCANTIL, C.A. BANCO UNIVERSAL, en contra del ciudadano GUSTAVO JOSÉ BARRIOS MARQUEZ, antes identificados, por RESOLUCIÓN DEL CONTRATO DE VENTA CON RESERVA DE DOMINIO. En consecuencia: ¿ Se declara RESUELTO el CONTRATO DE VENTA CON RESERVA DE DOMINIO, celebrado entre MERCANTIL, C.A. BANCO UNIVERSAL y el ciudadano GUSTAVO JOSÉ BARRIOS MARQUEZ, ambos ya identificados, el día 22 de agosto del año 2005, al que se le dio fecha cierta el día 15-12-2006, por ante la Notaría Pública Trigésima Primera del Municipio Libertador del Distrito Capital, quedando archivado bajo el N° 18631. ¿ Se ordena al ciudadano GUSTAVO JOSÉ BARRIOS M.....
