DISPOSITIVO Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, éste TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la demanda que por Prestaciones Sociales y otros conceptos laborales siguen los ciudadanos ALFONSO JOSE SOTO, JOSE GREGORIO PEROZO SOLER, GUILLERMO ANTONIO PINEDA, LUIS ALBERTO ZAMBRANO RODRIGUEZ, MARCO ANTONIO FERNANDEZ GONZALEZ, LERVIS MANUEL MUÑOZ BRAVO y DIRIMO ANTONIO ESIS QUIROZ, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil EMPRESA SOCIALISTA DE GAS DEL MUNICIPIO SAN FRANCISCO DEL ESTADO ZULIA, C.A (ESOGASSUR)., partes plenamente identificadas en actas procesales. SEGUNDO: Se condena a la demandada Sociedad Mercantil EMPRESA SOCIALISTA DE GAS DEL MUNICIPIO SAN FRANCISCO DEL ESTADO ZULIA, C.A (ESOGASSUR)., a cancelar a cada uno de los actores, ciudadanos ALFONSO JOSE SOTO, JOSE GREGORIO PERO.....
