DISPOSITIVO Por los fundamentos expuestos, éste JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MACHIQUES DE PERIJÁ Y ROSARIO DE PERIJÁ DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Machiques, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: CON LUGAR EL OFRECIMIENTO DE OBLIGACION ALIMENTARIA, que presentó el ciudadano EDUIN JOSE ANGULO OSPINO, C.I. V- 10.678.119 para la ciudadana SHEYLA BERNADERTH MARTINEZ DE ANGULO, C.I. V-13.101.890, en beneficio del niño JOSE DAVID ANGULO MARTINEZ, el cual se ajusta en los términos establecidos en el texto del presente fallo. ASÍ SE DECIDE.
