En virtud de lo cual y por las razones antes expuestas, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA Y SIMON BOLIVAR DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil, el Vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos ARELIS DEL VALLE ROSALES MALDONADO Y EDECIO RAFAEL MELENDEZ GARCIA, ya identificados y que estos Contrajeron por ante la Jefatura Civil de la Parroquia "German Ríos Linares" del Municipio Autónomo Cabimas del Estado Zulia... En fecha SEIS (06) DE AGOSTO DE MIL NOVECIENTOS NOVENTA, (1.990).

Por las razones antes expuestas este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA Y SIMON BOLIVAR DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil, el Vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: LUIS ALBERTO MALDONADO VALERO Y YUDITH DEL VALLE PEREZ PASTRAN.- ya identificados y que estos Contrajeron por ante la Jefatura Civil de la Parroquia Ambrosio de Municipio Cabimas del Estado Zulia, en Fecha 27 de Febrero de Mil Novecientos Noventa y Siete (1.997).
