DISPOSITIVO Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: El Desistimiento del procedimiento que por Enfermedad Ocupacional, intentó el ciudadano LEONEL EMIRO QUIÑONEZ URDANETA, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil COMERCIAL REYES, C.A. y el Tercero Interviniente STAR SEGUROS C.A. SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas a la parte demandante según lo establecido en el artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
