DISPOSITIVA Por los razonamiento de hecho y derecho antes señalados, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO EN FUNCIÓN DE JUICIO EN MATERIA PENAL CON COMPETENCIA EN DELITOS DE VIOLENCIA CONTRA LA MUJER DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION DEL ESTADO ZULIA, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República y por Autoridad de la Ley, emite el siguiente pronunciamiento: PRIMERO: DECLARA sin lugar la solicitud de Decaimiento invocada por la Defensa del acusado LUIS ENRIQUE BLANCO PEREZ y en su lugar se mantiene la Medida Judicial de Privativa Preventiva de Libertad que pesa en contra del encausado.
