DISPOSITIVA Por todo lo antes expuesto, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ARISMENDI, ANTOLIN DEL CAMPO Y GÓMEZ DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE NUEVA ESPARTA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, Declara la PERENCIÓN DE LA INSTANCIA, en la presente SOLICITUD DE INSPECCIÓN JUDICIAL, presentada por el ciudadano JOSÉ DAVID BASTARDO AYALA, venezolano, mayor de edad, identificado con la cédula de identidad N° V-10.834.475, actuando en su carácter de Director General de la Sociedad Mercantil PETROZONA ORIENTE 2007, C.A., la cual se encuentra debidamente registrada por ante el Registro Mercantil Segundo de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Bolivariano de Nueva Esparta, anotada bajo el N° 72, Tomo 25-A, Expediente 400-3743, de fecha Nueve (09) de Mayo de Dos Mil Doce (2012), asistido por el abogado en ejercicio GUSTAVO ALVÁREZ PEÑALVER, inscrito en e.....
