DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Sin lugar la demanda por Enfermedad Profesional incoada por el ciudadano JESÚS RAFAEL RODRÍGUEZ, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil ORICA DE VENEZUELA C.A. SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
