Por las razones dichas este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185-A, del Código Civil el vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: MEDARDO ENRIQUE PORTILLO LUGO y MAIRA AMIRA LEAL DE PORTILLO VALLE MENENDEZ COBIS, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cedulas de identidad números V-14.659.787 y V-12.843.778, y que estos contrajeron matrimonio por ante la Jefatura Civil de la Parroquia Alonso de Ojeda, del Municipio Lagunillas del Estado Zulia, en fecha treinta y uno (31) de Enero del Dos Mil Cuatro (2004)

Por las razones dichas este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO CABIMAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185-A, del Código Civil el vinculo Matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: SERGIO ESCALONA AMADOR y LELIMAR DEL VALLE MENENDEZ COBIS, titulares de las cedulas de identidad números V-7.398.244 y V-10.909.115, respectivamente, y que estos contrajeron matrimonio por ante la Jefatura Civil de la Parroquia Santa Rosa Municipio Irribarren del Estado Lara, en fecha veintiséis (26) de Febrero (02) de Mil Novecientos Noventa y Cuatro (1994).
