PARTE DISPOSITIVA Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, este TRIBUNAL NOVENO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, Administrando justicia en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda que por COBRO DE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES y OTROS CONCEPTOS LABORALES que interpusieron los ciudadanos MARIO SEGUNDO HERNADEZ MARTINEZ Y RICARDO ANTONIO BRITO en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil TRANSPORTE Y SERVICIOS MASCAREÑO, C.A (TRANSERVMACA), SEGUNDO: De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 59 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo, se exime a la Sociedad Mercantil TRANSPORTE Y SERVICIOS MASCAREÑO, C.A (TRANSERVMACA), a pagar las costas y costos del presente asunto por no haber vencimiento total en la controversia.
