DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR LA DEMANDA que por Prestaciones Sociales tiene incoada el ciudadano MARIO JOSÉ DELGADO BERMUDEZ, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil PARADOR TURISTICO MARACAIBO, C.A. (Ambas partes suficientemente identificadas en las actas procesales). SEGUNDO: NO HAY CONDENMATORIA EN COSTAS, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
