este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ARISMENDI, ANTOLIN DEL CAMPO Y GÓMEZ DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE NUEVA ESPARTA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: las anteriores actuaciones Título Suficiente para asegurar su condición como ÚNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS de la fallecida ciudadana MIREYA JOSEFINA HERNÁNDEZ DE LÁREZ, a su esposo ciudadano SATURNINO JOSÉ LÁREZ LUNA, y a sus tres (03) hijos ciudadanos MIRENYS DEL VALLE LÁREZ HERNÁNDEZ, RONALD JOSÉ LÁREZ HERNÁNDEZ y JUAN LUIS LÁREZ HERNÁNDEZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad N° V-2.834.217, V-12.674.622, V-13.541.638 y V-13.541.637, respectivamente, de éste domicilio, en su condición de Esposo e Hijos de la mencionada finada.- De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil se deja a salvo los derechos de terceros.....
