En virtud de lo anteriormente expuesto, y de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 12 y 602 del Código de Procedimiento Civil este TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MONAGAS ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, declara: CON LUGAR la oposición a la MEDIDA DE INNOMINADA DE AUTORIZAR, formulada por el Abogado en ejercicio GUSTAVO HERNANDEZ, plenamente identificado en autos, actuando con el carácter de Apoderado judicial de la parte demandada. En consecuencia: • PRIMERO: Se ordena Suspender LA MEDIDA INNOMINADA consistente en AUTORIZAR a los ciudadanos: YIRDA DEL CARMEN GORDONES DE MOSLAGA, YILMAR DEL CARMEN MOSLAGA GORDONES, HECTOR RAMON MOSLAGA GORDONES, YARITZA COROMOTO MOSLAGA GORDONES, JOSE MANUEL MOSLAGA GORDONES,JUAN CARLOS MOSLAGA GORDONES, RAINER JAVIER MANZANO MOSLAGA, YESSICA RAQUEL MANZANO MOSDLAGA y VICMAR YAHIRI MORENO MOSLAGA venezolanos, m.....
