DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, EN ESTE ESTADO, EL TRIBUNAL PROCEDE A DAR LECTURA AL DISPOSITIVO DEL FALLO EN LOS SIGUIENTES TERMINOS: ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA: PRIMERO: Parcialmente Con Lugar la demanda, por Prestaciones Sociales incoada por el ciudadano ALVARO LUIS MEJIA en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil MULTITIENDAS KAPITAL, C.A. SEGUNDO: Se condena a la demandada Sociedad Mercantil MULTITIENDAS KAPITAL, C.A , a cancelar al ciudadano ALVARO LUIS MEJIA, la cantidad de CINCO MIL NOVECIENTOS VEINTIDÓS BOLÍVARES CON OCEHNTAY SEIS CÉNTIMOS (Bs. 5.922,86), por los conceptos indicados en la parte motiva del presente fallo. TERCERO: Se ordena el pago de los intereses sobre la Prestación de Antigüedad de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 108 de .....
