DISPOSITIVO Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: El Desistimiento de la acción que por Calificación de Despido, intentó la ciudadana CIRA MONASTERIO SOTO en contra del INSTITUTO VENEZOLANO DE LOS SEGUROS SOCIALES (I.V.S.S.). SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas a la parte demandante según lo establecido en el artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
