Por todo lo anteriormente expuesto este JUZGADO CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN FUNCIONES DE CONTROL, AUDIENCIAS Y MEDIDAS DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL CON COMPETENCIA EN DELITOS DE VIOLENCIA CONTRA LA MUJER DE LA CIRCUSNCRIPCION JUDICIAL PENAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por Autoridad de la Ley, de conformidad con el artículo 253 Constitucional, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana De Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley, DECIDE: PRIMERO: Se declara CON LUGAR la Solicitud del Fiscal del Ministerio Público y de la Defensa Privada y se DECLINA LA COMPETENCIA para el conocimiento de la presente causa para el TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE VIOLENCIA CONTRA LA MUJER EN FUNCIONES DE CONTROL AUDIENCIAS Y MEDIDAS DEL ESTADO ZULIA habida cuenta de no ser éste Tribunal el Juez Natural en la presente causa, en tal sentido, se ACUERDA declinar la presente causa y remitir las actuaciones del presente asunto al TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE VIOLENCIA CONTRA LA MU.....
