DISPOSITIVO En virtud de los fundamentos anteriormente expuestos, este JUZGADO AGRARIO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley, DECRETA, MEDIDA PREVENTIVA DE EMBARGO que alcancen el doble de la cantidad de CINCO MILLONES QUINIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CINCO MIL NOVECIENTOS VEINTICINCO BOLÍVARES FUERTES CON 52/100 (Bs. 5.555.925,52) sobre bienes muebles propiedad de las sociedades mercantiles INVERSIONES AGROPECUARIAS LA ROSITA, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (LA ROSITA, C.A.) y la SOCIEDAD MERCANTIL AGREGADOS DE OCCIDENTE, C.A. (AGREDOCA), ya descritas, así como de los ciudadanos, PEDRO PABLO PASQUALATTO MOLINA, ALFREDO PASQUALATTO MOLINA y WILLIAM RAFAEL PASQUALATTO MOLINA, antes identificados, que no estén afectados a la actividad Agrícola de conformidad con el artículo 8 de la Ley de Tierras y Desarrollo Agrario. ASÍ SE DECIDE.
