DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL LABORAL DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre de LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: 1.- El Desistimiento del presente recurso de ABSTENCIÓN Y CARENCIA, interpuesto por el ciudadano RAFAEL SIMON URDANETA AÑEZ, en contra de la Inspectoría del Trabajo Sede General Rafael Urdaneta. 2.- No hay condenatoria en costas.
