VII DISPOSITIVO Por los hechos y fundamentos legales antes expuestos, este TRIBUNAL DÉCIMO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por autoridad de la ley, declara: 1. CON LUGAR la demanda incoada por CONDOMINIO DEL EDIFICIO CENTRO EMPRESARIAL DE OCCIDENTE, debidamente inscrito ante la Oficina Subalterna del Segundo Circuito de Registro del Municipio Maracaibo del Estado Zulia, de fecha diecisiete (17) de Diciembre de 1984, bajo el Numero 24, Tomo 1°, Tomo 24°, representada judicialmente por la abogada MARINA URDANETA SANCHEZ, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-9.762.774, debidamente inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nro. 58.036, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil INVERSIONES MAWAKA, COMPAÑÍA ANONIMA, constituida por ante el Registro Mercantil Segundo.....
