DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Sin lugar la demanda que por Daño Moral y Otros Conceptos Laborales tiene incoado el ciudadano ARGENIS ENRIQUE PRIETO GONZALEZ, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil MAERSK DRILLING VENEZUELA, S.A. SEGUNDO: NO HAY CONDENATORIA EN COSTAS de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 64 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
