DECISIÓN POR LOS FUNDAMENTOS EXPUESTOS, ESTE TRIBUNAL NOVENO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: c) PERIMIDA LA INSTANCIA en el juicio que por motivo de COBRO DE BOLÍVARES (INTIMACIÓN) intentó la S.M. SOLUCIONES Y NEGOCIOS C.A. (SONECA), en contra de NESTOR JOSÉ CASTILLO POMARES y GILDA SONIA POMARES ROJAS, todos ya identificados. d) Se suspende la medida de embargo preventivo sobre bienes muebles propiedad de los demandados NESTOR JOSÉ CASTILLO POMARES y GILDA SONIA POMARES ROJAS, ya identificados, decretada por este despacho en fecha cuatro (04) de agosto del año dos mil once (2011). e) No hay condenatoria en costas de conformidad con el artículo 283 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
