En virtud de lo cual y por las razones antes expuestas, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA Y SIMON BOLIVAR DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Cabimas, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD QUE LE CONFIERE LA LEY, DECLARA CONVERTIDA EN DIVORCIO LA SEPARACION DE CUERPOS QUE POR MUTUO CONSENTIMENTO, tienen convenida y fue declarada por este Tribunal los ciudadanos , JAIRO MOISES BELLOSO RIVAS Y NEISI MARGARITA PRIETO, ya identificados, y en Consecuencia Disuelto el Matrimonio Civil que estos en fecha ocho (8) de Noviembre del Año mil novecientos setenta y cinco (1975), Contrajeron Matrimonio Civil por ante la Prefectura Civil del Municipio Autónomo Cabimas, antes Distrito Bolívar del Estado Zulia.

Por los fundamentos expuestos este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA Y SIMÓN BOLÍVAR DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: A) PERIMIDA LA INSTANCIA EN EL JUICIO de DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS (TRANSITO) seguido por HEWITT YULL GARCIA ALARCON contra RAIMUNDO JOSE MALAYA, todos identificados en la parte narrativa de este fallo. B) No se hace pronunciamiento sobre las costas de conformidad con lo establecido en el Articulo 283 DEL Código de Procedimiento Civil.
