Por los fundamentos expuestos, éste JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MACHIQUES DE PERIJÁ Y ROSARIO DE PERIJÁ DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, con sede en Machiques, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR LA DEMANDA QUE POR RECLAMACIÓN DE PENSIONES ALIMENTARIAS, intentó la ciudadana YRIA COROMOTO FERNANDEZ, C.I. V-7.692.576, en representación de la niña MARIA GABRIELA GUERRA FERNANDEZ y en contra del ciudadano JUAN SANTOS GUERRA, C.I. V- 2.54.880. ASÍ SE DECIDE.
