DISPOSITIVO DEL FALLO Con mérito en los argumentos precedentes este JUZGADO UNDÉCIMO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por la Autoridad de la Ley declara: 1) SIN LUGAR la demanda incoada por el ciudadano MARCELO DELGADO, representado judicialmente por los profesionales del derecho MADELEINNE ORTIZ OCANDO, MARICEL IRAGORRI y ELVIS ORTIZ SILVA, en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil SINALCA, C.A, en la persona de su Gerente ciudadano ADAULFO ALBORNOZ, representado judicialmente por las Abogados LAURA CRISTINA VERA JIMÉNEZ, JULUIMAR DUNNO y ROSA ORTEGA, por PRESTACIONES SOCIALES.
