DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por autoridad de la Ley, declara: UNICO: Improcedente la medida cautelar solicitada por los ciudadanos JOSÉ UZCÁTEGUI, MANUEL REYES, JORGE MAS Y RUBI, CARLOS MORA y DEYANIRA FRANCO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad N° 7.608.994, 12.218.921, 12.550.156, 10.416.531 y 10.452.108, respectivamente, en nombre propio y en su condición de Secretario General, Secretario de Reclamos, Secretario de Organización, Secretario de Disciplina y Secretaria de Actas y Correspondencias del SINDICATO PROFESIONAL DE TRABAJADORES DE VIGILANCIA, TRASLADO DE VALORES, AFINES Y CONEXOS DEL ESTADO ZULIA (SINPROTRAIZU) debidamente asistidos por la profesional del derecho IRIS PPAOLA GARCÍA, contra el Acto Administrativo de efecto.....
