DISPOSITIVO: ESTE TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL LABORAL DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Sin lugar la demanda por Diferencias de Prestaciones Sociales tiene interpuesta el ciudadano JOSE GUILLERMO ROSALES CARRIZO contra la Sociedad Mercantil MATCOFER, S.A. y la Sociedad Mercantil UNIDAD REGIONAL ACARIGUA PLÁSTICO, CA. (URAPLAST). SEGUNDO: Se condena en costas a la parte demandante de conformidad con el Art. 59 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo.
