SIN LUGAR el recurso de apelación propuesto por el ciudadano RAFAEL DE LOS REYES MORILLO MOYEDA, por intermedio de su apoderado judicial CARLOS CASANOVA, contra sentencia definitiva de fecha 31 de octubre de 2012, proferida por el JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA.

declara CON LUGAR la INHIBICIÓN para conocer del mismo planteada por la Abogada GLENY CLARET HIDALGO ESTREDO, en su condición de JUEZA DEL JUZGADO CUARTO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS MARACAIBO, JESÚS ENRIQUE LOSSADA Y SAN FRANCISCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA.
