Por todo lo antes expuesto este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CABIMAS, SANTA RITA Y SIMÓN BOLÍVAR DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA SIN LUGAR LA PRESENTE DEMANDA DE RESOLUCIÓN DE CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO, Incoada por la ciudadana YANETH NAIROBY JIMÉNEZ MOSQUERA en contra del ciudadano JUSTO SEGUNDO MORALES, ya identificadas plenamente en la parte narrativa.- Se condena en costas a la parte perdidosa por haber sido vencido totalmente en esta instancia.-
