DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: 1.- SIN LUGAR LA EXISTENCIA DE UN GRUPO ECONÓMICO entre las Sociedades Mercantiles Procesadora Industrial de Alimentos Conservado, S.A. (PRIACOM), y Procesadora de Alimentos Marinos C.A., (PROCEMARCA). 2.- SIN LUGAR la sustitución Patronal alegada. 3.- PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda incoada por la ciudadana ELIZABETH GREGORIA ROA ARELLANO en contra de la Sociedad Mercantil PROCESADORA DE ALIMENTOS MARINOS C.A, (PROCEMARCA), ambas partes suficientemente identificadas en las actas procesales que conforman el presente expediente;, por motivo de PRESTACIONES SOCIALES Y OTROS CONCEPTOS LABORALES. 4.- NO HAY CONDENATORIA EN COSTAS dada la parcialidad del fallo.
