DISPOSITIVO: Por los fundamentos expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ZULIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: 1.- CON LUGAR LA COSA JUZGADA alegada por la sociedad mercantil MAERSK CONTRACTORS VENEZUELA, S.A. 2.- SIN LUGAR la demanda incoada por el ciudadano RAFAEL RAMIREZ en contra de la sociedad mercantil MAERSK CONTRACTORS VENEZUELA, S.A por motivo de ENFERMEDAD OCUPACIONAL. 3.- SE CONDENA EN COSTAS PROCESALES a la parte actora de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 59 de la Ley Orgánica Procesal del Trabajo. PUBLÍQUESE Y REGÍSTRESE. Déjese copia certificada por Secretaría del presente fallo de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 248 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, en concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 1.384 del Código Civil y a los fines legal.....
